🔥 Burn Ban Notice
During periods of dry weather, Bastrop County may enforce a burn ban.
If a ban is active:
• Open flames and fire pits are prohibited by law
• Propane grills remain available for safe use
• No refunds for burn-ban restrictions — but your lakefront getaway still offers plenty to enjoy under the stars ✨

After booking, you’ll receive a secure Lodgify email to verify your ID — just like a hotel check-in.
💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy
• 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking
• Remaining 50% charged 14 days before check-in
• Cancel within 24 hours of booking → 90% refund (10% processing)
• Cancel up to 30 days before check-in → 90% refund (10% processing)
• Cancel less than 30 days before → no refund
• Weather-related refunds only if a county emergency order is issued
• A $250 security hold is placed one day before check-in and released after checkout
