• Each unit is separated by trees and fencing (about 100 yards apart).
• Every stay has its own private amenities – please do not visit units you haven’t rented.

⚠️ Burn Ban Notice
If a local mandatory burn ban is in effect during your stay, open flame fire pits are prohibited by law. It is rare but could still happen. Our team will notify you in advance, and you can still enjoy your stay using the pizza oven or grill safely. No refunds for burn ban restrictions.

Our domes are set in a true natural environment. You may see insects, fireflies, deer, or other wildlife – that’s part of the magic! 🐿️
We maintain our grounds carefully, but nature is unpredictable and ever-present. No refunds will be issued for wildlife or natural occurrences.

• $250 authorization hold (one day before check-in; released after checkout) 💳

💳 Payment & Cancellation
• 50 % non-refundable deposit to book your stay
• Remaining 50 % charged 14 days before check-in (non-refundable)
• Cancel within 24 hours of booking: 90 % refund (10 % processing fee)
• Cancel 30+ days before check-in: 90 % refund (10 % processing fee)
• Cancel less than 30 days before: no refund
• Weather-related cancellations refunded only if a county emergency order is issued
