There is a 2 night Minimum Stay Fri-Sun but during the weekday, 1 day is fine!

All check in times are at 4 pm. Check out is either 10 A.M. or 11 A.M. depending which property. If you cabin sleeps more than 8+, it will be 10 A.M. Anything under 8 will be 11 A.M.

Yes! Full utilities and amenities are available in all units.

  • We provide a refrigerator, small electric stove top, microwave, bbq pit,  and other small things
  • There is local restaurants and grocery stores 10-15 minutes away, IHOP and Whataburger 15-20 minutes, and major restaurants 20-30 minutes away,
  • Pick up groceries on the way or check out the VIP Packages we offer here with food options!
  • Tons! You’ll never get bored connecting with your true self and nature! We hope you reconnect with a loved one while here and take in the breath taking nature. Visit our Amenities and Activities Pages for everything we offer on the property from put putt, walking trails, fishing, and more!

Most units are pet friendly with a $39 Per Pet Fee. The only unit that is not pet friendly is our Wonderland Geo Dome. 2 Dogs Maximum and never left unattended inside the unit. Please keep all animals off furniture and beds and pick up after them.

Most of Our Stays are designed for couples but please check the capacity. We can occassionally allow one more guest if you bring your own air mattress or something of the similar. Please email us. 

  • 92%  (100-8% processing fee) Refund if cancelled within 24 hours
  • 50% Refund If cancelled after 24 hours since booking and more than 14 days out before check in
  • No Refunds if cancelled within 14 days or less prior to check in

We have wifi in every unit. It is usually reliable but also typically in the middle of the woods so can't always be guaranteed to be fast as typically used to. 

Yes, all Cameron Ranch Glamping properties are safe and secure. Each unit has private entry with a unique access code shared only with registered guests. Our locations are either gated or tucked away in peaceful, low-traffic natural settings, and our team is nearby and available if anything is needed during your stay. We also check in regularly to ensure everything remains safe and serene.

We recommend packing like you would for a cozy weekend getaway in nature. Bring comfortable clothes, a jacket for cooler evenings, and any food or drinks you'd like (there’s a mini fridge and outdoor grill at most of our sites). We provide towels, linens, basic toiletries, and cooking essentials. Don’t forget your camera—our spots are ridiculously photogenic. If you plan to explore nearby parks or trails, bring good walking shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray just in case.

Yes, there are a few important rules to keep in mind before booking with Cameron Ranch Glamping:

  • Guest Count: Each unit has a maximum guest limit—please make sure your group size matches the listing details.

  • Pets: Some of our units are pet-friendly, and others are not. Be sure to check the listing description or ask us if you're unsure.

  • No Parties: We don’t allow parties or loud gatherings out of respect for other guests and the peaceful natural setting.

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone.

  • Fire Safety: Only use designated fire pits and grills. Never leave a fire unattended.
